My name is Jenny Guan, owner of Timeless Diamonds here in Maplewood Mall. As a small business owner, I truly value each and every person that comes through my door. To me, retail is more than the mere act of selling because it gives me the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and build new relationships. I grew up in Qingdao, China¬—a beautiful city located just by the ocean. Along with its beautiful beaches, Qingdao is also well known for its beer, so I will be more than happy to have a Qingdao beer with you anytime! Minnesota has been my home since I moved here in 1999. Getting involved in business as a Chinese woman comes with great challenges, but I have confidence that the outcomes of these challenges will be nothing short of rewarding and beneficial. I believe that anyone can achieve anything in life with opportunity, as well as invaluable support from people like you. Living to my fullest potential and finding happiness in everything I do is the key to a meaningful, fulfilling life.

Though business does make me happy, I am not just a businesswoman—I am also a mother and a fitness instructor. I strive to inspire, encourage, and support every person I come across in all aspects of my life. Fitness has become an indispensable part of who I am. With nearly ten different certifications, I teach six days a week at both the YMCA and Xperience Fitness. When I am not working or teaching, I can be found enjoying the great outdoors, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, golfing, or camping. I stay sane by staying busy! I have always been grateful for the opportunities I have had and am determined to develop my potential to the fullest. Whether I am on a 12-mile run with my daughter, teaching a cycling class at the Y, or selling an engagement ring, I take it on with passion, purpose, and professionalism.

Jewelry is one part of my life where my passion runs deep. I began my journey at Hoff Diamonds in Maplewood Mall, where I worked as Vice President, for fifteen years. This experience has truly opened my eyes to all aspects of jewelry and its remarkable, everlasting effects. The mere sparkle of a beautiful diamond has the ability to reveal so much.
